FedEx Shipping 

This page is designed to help you determine what goes into boxes of a different weights as shown in the table below.  Now you will be able to maximize the content to weight value so you get the best shipping cost.   You are responsible to pay any customs duties, and taxes (vat, gst, pst etc).  The shopping cart used on this web site will give you an estimate of your shipping costs. We do not ship "dangerous goods." (Dangerous goods are items classified as ORMD in the US)  They include hairspray, mousse, cans under pressure as a short list of examples.  These ORMD hair cared items are used by people daily but are NOT allowed on aircraft without special packaging, additional training, including certification plus extra fees. (Additional shipping fees add around $75.00 in addition to the rates shown below). We have been unable to find a shipping rate that most people would consider reasonable. So we simply do not ship "dangerous goods."

All boxes shipped FOB shipping point. This means the title (or ownership) of the contents transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of the box. At this point the contents are yours and you assume the risk for damage or loss during shipment. USPS priority mail does not include insurance without an extra fee.
Should a FedEx  shipment (automatically covered for $100.00) be damaged, as the shipper, we will file a claim for you and when and if we are reimbursed by the carrier, we will credit the reimbursement back to the credit card you used to place your order. Please include a digital picture of damages, in your email, to help us with the claim submission process.

We tape all bottles closed to prevent unwanted seepage during shipment.
